Thursday's game will be a tough one, but if Saugatuck works hard and plays smartly, skillfully, and makes little to no mistakes, they might win it. Although it won't be a walk in the park like with Black River, Bridgman is a better team with more game and practice experience than Saugatuck. However, If Saugatuck throws strikes and makes them swing and miss while they hit dingers, there is a good chance they could win.
If Saugatuck wins, it will be a better look, as Saugatuck can win against good teams instead of bad ones and will make the Saugatuck jv team look better. It is a double header, which means we play them twice in a row. If Saugatuck wins both it will prove that Saugatuck is better than Bridgman. If they both win one, the teams are basically equal, and if Bridgmen wins it will make Saugatuck look bad as it shows that Saugatuck struggles against a good team.
