Crumbl Review by Ashtyn O’Neill
Crumbl cookie is a very popular bakery chain with almost 1000 stores worldwide. Crumbl came to fame in the past few years for their signature menu that switches weekly with different, new, interesting cookies for consumers to buy each and every week. This week, the cookies in Crumbl’s lineup are Milk Chocolate Chip, Vanilla Sugar, Graham Cracker Fudge Sandwich, Weddings Cake, Kentucky Butter Cake, and Brownie Sundae.
The first cookie is Milk Chocolate Chip. This cookie is in the lineup almost every week; however, it is sometimes substituted by a similar cookie, the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip cookie. This cookie is described as “The classic-you can't go wrong.” “thick, soft, and packed with milk chocolate chips.'' Just like the description stated, this cookie is a classic. It’s a very well made chocolate chip cookie that can be a safe option for picky eaters.
The next cookie is Vanilla Sugar. This cookie is described as “A chilled vanilla sugar cookie topped with a swoop of delectable vanilla buttercream frosting”. This cookie was pretty good. However, it was very basic. While there are no negatives to this cookie, there isn’t anything that makes it stand out. This cookie was overall pretty boring, but still good.
The next cookie in the lineup this week is Graham Cracker Fudge Sandwich. This cookie is described as, “A thick layer of fudge sandwiched between two honey graham cracker cookies and drizzled with a smooth semi-sweet chocolate.” This cookie was pretty good. It was unique, and the flavor was nice.
The next cookie is Wedding Cake. This cookie is described as “A warm vanilla bean sugar cookie topped with an elegant swirl of vanilla and raspberry cream cheese frosting and a light crunch of white chocolate pearls”. Although this cookie wasn’t overly unique, it was still very good. The raspberry cream cheese frosting balanced out the sweetness of the cookie, making it enjoyable to eat.
The next cookie is Kentucky Butter Cake. This cookie is described as “A yellow butter cake cookie smothered with a melt-in-your-mouth buttery glaze.” This cookie was alright. The texture of the glaze was weird, but the flavor was okay.
The final cookie in Crumbl's lineup this week is Brownie Sundae. This cookie is described as “A rich brownie cookie paired with fluffy vanilla mousse, gooey hot fudge, rainbow sprinkles, and a cherry top.” This cookie was pretty good. It’s a unique idea.
The cookies in this week's lineup weren’t necessarily really unique or different; however, they were very good.
