Crumbl Review by Ashtyn O'Neill
Crumbl Cookie is a very popular bakery chain with 900+ stores around the United States. Crumbl has very recently become popular due to their always changing menu that switches out flavors every week. This week the cookie lineup was Milk Chocolate Chip, S’mores, Vanilla Crumb Cake, Chocolate Mallow Cupcake, and Sugar ft Mothers Circus Animals.
The first cookie in Crumbls lineup this week was Milk Chocolate Chip. This cookie is described as, “The classic--you can't go wrong. Thick, soft, and packed with milk chocolate chips.” This cookie is a pretty basic but an overall solid chocolate chip cookie. This cookie is recommended for those who are not sure what they want or are not interested in any of the other flavors.
The next cookie in the lineup was S’mores. This cookie is described as, “A graham cracker cookie packed with milk chocolate chips then topped with a melty marshmallow, chocolate drizzle, and buttery graham cracker crumbs.” This cookie tastes pretty similar to an actual s’more, with all of the elements of a smore being built into the cookie. It was a good cookie with great flavor.
Another cookie in crumbles lineup was the Vanilla Crumb Cake ft. Golden Oreos. This cookie is described as, “A warm cookie mixed with Golden OREO cookie pieces then topped with a swirl of vanilla cream cheese frosting and even more Golden OREO cookie pieces.” This cookie was good, it tasted just like a basic sugar cookie, so I would recommend it to people who like those.
The next cookie in the lineup is the Chocolate Mallow Cupcake. This cookie is described as, “A chocolate cake cookie topped with a layer of fluffy marshmallow whipped cream, gooey chocolate glaze, and white decorative loops.” This cookie was alright, the chocolate flavoring was very overpowering and made the cookie kind of unenjoyable to eat.
The last cookie in the lineup was Sugar ft Mothers Circus Animals. This cookie is described as, “A rainbow sprinkles cookie smothered with melty white chips then crowned with a Mothers Original Circus Animal Cookie and a splash of rainbow sprinkles.” This cookie was another just basic sugar cookie; however, this cookie did not have frosting and had melted white chocolate in place of it.
Overall, the cookies in the lineup this week were alright. These cookies are ones that have been repeated before, so it wasn’t that much of a surprise on what they tasted like. There's nothing very special or unique about any of these cookies, but they were all pretty solid, nevertheless.
